How to Order
We deliberately don't carry large amounts of stock. Herbal supplements are at their best when they're fresh, so we order in from our suppliers as our customers need it, rather than leaving product sitting on a shelf. That's why Pure Animal Co. works on a request-a-quote system rather than an instant checkout.
As our range grows, some fast-moving products may end up carried as in-stock items available immediately — this will be clearly marked on the product page when it applies. If an in-stock item is ordered together with something we need to bring in specially, we'll usually hold everything and send it out together once the special order arrives, unless you'd prefer it split.
Request a Quote
Browse the range and add what you need to your quote basket. Because we order fresh rather than sitting on stock, there's no "buy now" button — every order starts as a quote request.
We Confirm Availability
We check your items with our supplier and confirm availability. If you've asked for courier delivery, we'll work out the delivery fee for your area and add it to your quote.
You Receive Your Quote
We send your final quote for payment via WhatsApp or email. Once it's paid, your order is confirmed and locked in for our next supplier order run.
We Place the Order
Your products go out with our supplier order — either in our regular monthly run, or sooner if the minimum order quantity is reached earlier (see below).
Our Monthly Order Run
Honeyvale Herbs products are supplied on a monthly group order basis, due to our supplier's minimum order requirements. We place our main supplier order on the last Friday of every month. To be included in that month's order, please submit your quote request in good time.
Once your quote has been confirmed, payment is required approximately one week before the last Friday of the month.
If our minimum order quantity is reached earlier in the month, we'll place an additional order for fully paid requests rather than waiting until month-end. The regular monthly order will still go out on the last Friday for all remaining orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Worcester Collection: Usually ready within 3–5 working days after the supplier order has been placed.
Courier Delivery: Please allow up to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
As We Grow
As Pure Animal Co. grows and introduces additional suppliers and product ranges, any supplier-specific ordering and delivery timeframes will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.
